Custom Drawer Slides OEM & ODM Manufacturing
Send a drawing, sample or target spec - we build it in our own Shunde factory, from tooling to packed carton.
- Custom dimensions, lengths and extension configurations
- Load requirements, locking functions and other selected features
- Materials, surface finishes and mounting patterns
- Private-label packaging and product identification
Our OEM / ODM Process
From initial technical review to approved production, each stage is coordinated around your product requirements.
-
01
Requirement review
Send a drawing, sample or target spec - we check dimensions, load, function, material and finish, and confirm what is manufacturable before quoting.
-
02
Quotation in writing
Specification, tolerances and price are documented on the quotation, so sample and production are judged against the same criteria.
-
03
Samples
Samples are built to the agreed spec, measured against it and submitted to you for approval before tooling is committed.
-
04
In-house production
Tooling, stamping, plating, assembly and QC run under one roof in Shunde to the approved configuration.
-
05
Inspection & shipment
Sampling inspection to the agreed plan, your labels and carton specs, then documents for your destination port.

Customization Options
Dimensions & Extension
Discuss closed length, extension type, mounting configuration and hole pattern based on your drawing or application requirements.
Load & Functions
Specify your required load rating and functional requirements. Available options depend on the slide series, dimensions and validated product configuration.
Materials & Surface Finishes
Discuss cold-rolled steel, selected stainless-steel options and available surface finishes. Material and finish availability is confirmed for each product configuration.
Private-Label Packaging
Packaging can be discussed according to your brand identity, labelling requirements, barcode information and export carton specifications.
Where Does Your Project Start?
Almost every OEM / ODM enquiry begins from one of three starting points. Find the one that matches what you already have - we take it from there.
1You have a drawing
Send the drawing, tolerances and load - we confirm what is manufacturable and quote from that.
2You have a sample
We measure it, mark the critical dimensions and match it to a series we can build.
3You have requirements only
Tell us the application, load and installation - we propose the configuration.
Not sure which applies? Send whatever you have - a photo, a sketch or the application details is usually enough to start the technical review.
What to Include in Your RFQ
To help us evaluate your project, please share as much of the following information as available:
- Slide type or section height
- Closed length
- Target load
- Locking or soft-close function
- Mounting arrangement
- Material and finish
- Order quantity and market
Do not have a drawing? A physical sample, product photos or application details can also help us understand your requirements. Send it through the RFQ form or by WhatsApp.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions buyers ask most often before an OEM / ODM project starts.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM: you provide the drawing or approved design and we manufacture to it. ODM: you describe the application and target load, and we propose the configuration and sample plan.
We have requirements but no drawing - can you still build it?
Yes. Send the application, target load, closed length and mounting conditions; we assess which series can be adapted and what tooling is needed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per configuration. Existing series ship in mixed-model orders; a new custom configuration carries its own MOQ.
Can we approve a sample before mass production?
Yes. Samples are built and measured to the agreed spec, then sent for your engineering validation before production starts.
Can we use our own brand, packaging and barcode?
Yes. Private-label packaging, labels, barcodes and export cartons are agreed before production and applied to your order.
Which test reports can you provide?
Our H53 and H76 heavy-duty series are type-tested by SGS to EN 15338 clause 6.3 - both reports are published on the quality page.
Still have a question? Ask it in the RFQ form - technical questions are answered by the engineering team, not by a call centre.
Tooling, Samples & Production Planning
Tooling requirements are reviewed during the quotation stage. Any new tooling, tooling modification or related charges are discussed separately where applicable.
Sample lead time depends on the product, tooling status, material availability and customization scope. The expected schedule is confirmed after the technical review.
Mass production starts after the agreed specifications and sample approval requirements have been confirmed.
Quality Control
Quality inspection is carried out according to the applicable inspection plan, including sampling or batch inspection as required.
Inspection items and acceptance criteria should be agreed for each product or project. Available inspection records and supporting test documentation can be discussed with your sales contact.
Shipment & Export Requirements
Packaging, shipping arrangements and export documentation are coordinated according to the order requirements and agreed trade terms.
Available Incoterms, payment arrangements, shipping destinations and documentation requirements are confirmed during quotation and order review.
