Every slide is validated against your spec and shipped with inspection records. Our H76 and H53 heavy-duty slides are type-tested by SGS to EN 15338:2007+A1:2010 clause 6.3, and both reports are published on this page.

We build drawer slides and hardware to the requirements stated on each order. Our H76 and H53 heavy-duty slides are type-tested by SGS to EN 15338:2007+A1:2010 clause 6.3, and both reports are published on this page. Products are built to meet EU and US market standards, and we export to many countries and regions. What we provide is concrete and order-specific:

Material certificates — mill certificates and steel composition reports for the material used
Load-capacity, cycle-life and salt-spray testing arranged to your project criteria
Dimensional and functional inspection against your drawing or approved sample

Send your drawing and the test or certificate items your project requires. We confirm feasibility and include the records with the shipment.

Review scope

Product requirements are reviewed before quotation and production. Material, dimensions, finish, critical tolerances and documentation requirements are confirmed against the drawing.

Inspection requirements

Inspection points and requested records are agreed for each order. Share any drawing notes, inspection criteria or traceability requirements with your RFQ.

Reports are type tests performed by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. (Shunde Branch) on the samples submitted; SGS states that its findings apply at the time of its intervention and to the sample received. The loading capacity shown was specified by the applicant and verified by SGS at that value — series rated loads are quoted separately in each datasheet. Every clause tested under EN 15338:2007+A1:2010 clause 6.3 returned PASS.

Load & life-cycle

Static and dynamic load to rating; cycle-life testing to EN 15338 clause 6.3 — 60,000 cycles verified on the H76 and H53.

48 h salt-spray

Neutral salt-spray on plating and coating to verify corrosion resistance for export climates.

Dimensional & smoothness

Gauge checks on closed length, travel and mounting holes; pull-force sampled per shift.
