Who we are
Guangdong Shunde Xingyao Hardware Co., Ltd. was established on 27 June 2013 in Shunde, Guangdong. We specialize in furniture drawer slides, heavy-duty ball-bearing slides, concealed soft-close slides, multi-function slides for dining tables, industrial locking slides, and hinges.
We manufacture to customer samples and drawings, and our engineers design new products to meet specific requirements - so a new series does not have to start from a catalogue.
Quality is our core principle and integrity the foundation of our business. We are committed to on-time delivery and responsive service, and we welcome visitors and business partners to our plant for inspection and discussion.
Our own plant in Shunde - steel coil to packed carton
Tooling, stamping, roll-forming, heat treatment, plating, assembly and QC sit under one roof. A vertically integrated line means fewer handoffs, tighter tolerances and a spec that stays intact from sample to bulk.
Steel arrives as coil and strip and is stored on site; press and roll-forming lines shape the slide members; parts then move through heat treatment, plating and coating, assembly, function testing and packing before shipment. Nothing is outsourced between those steps, so a dimension agreed in the sample review is the dimension that reaches your carton.
What happens inside the plant
Stamping & roll-forming
High-speed presses and roll-forming lines shape slide members at volume, from steel coil and strip stored on site.
Heat treatment
Controlled hardening for load capacity and long cycle life.
Plating & coating
Zinc, black and custom finishes, verified by 48-hour in-house salt-spray testing for export climates.
Assembly & QC
Ball-retainer assembly, travel and function testing, dimensional checks and AQL inspection before packing.

Requirement review
Your drawing, sample or specification is checked against our equipment and process - dimensions, load, extension, material and finish - and manufacturability is confirmed before a price is committed.

Specification & price in writing
The agreed specification, tolerances and price are documented on the quotation, so the sample and the production version are judged against the same criteria.

Sample development
Samples are produced to the agreed spec and measured against it, then submitted to you for engineering validation.

Mass production
Tooling, stamping, roll-forming, plating and assembly run to the approved configuration, with in-process checks at each stage.

Inspection, packing & shipment
Sampling inspection to the inspection plan, your labels and carton specifications, then documents prepared for the destination you quote.
You are welcome at the plant
Visitors and business partners are welcome to visit our company for inspection and discussion.
We arrange factory audits, live video walkthroughs and third-party inspections on request. Share your audit checklist or inspection scope in advance and we will prepare the plant accordingly.
