Do you accept OEM / ODM and custom drawings?

Yes. Send a drawing, sample or spec — we reverse-engineer, tool and deliver to print, including custom length, load, finish and private-label packaging.

What is your MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 200 sets per order, and mixed models can be combined to reach it. Stock series ship in 7-15 days from receipt of deposit; customized configurations — new tooling, non-standard lengths or private-label packaging — are quoted with their own lead time.

Can I get samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Samples typically ship within 5-7 business days for engineering validation before a bulk order.

Which certifications and tests do you provide?

The H76 and H53 heavy-duty slides have been type-tested by SGS to EN 15338:2007+A1:2010 clause 6.3 — at loading capacities of 220 kg and 110 kg respectively, over 60,000 durability cycles, with every clause PASS. Both reports are published on the quality page, with the key pages shown as images.

What are your payment and export terms?

30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% balance — due before shipment on a first order, and against a copy of the bill of lading from the second order onwards. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Quoted FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP or EXW to your named port or door.
