CNC Machining
Precision milling, turning, drilling and tapping for custom hardware components — run alongside our slide lines, to your drawing.

Where CNC fits in a slide program
Most of a drawer slide is roll-formed and stamped. The parts that stamping cannot produce economically — mounting brackets with compound angles, thick spacer blocks, custom locating plates, low-volume special fittings — are machined. Having those parts made in the same factory as your slides means hole patterns line up, finishes match, and the shipment arrives as one lot instead of two.
What to send for a quotation
- The part drawing (2D with tolerances or 3D) — or a sample to measure and re-draw
- Material: steel, stainless or aluminum; the finish spec if it must match your slides
- Quantity per shipment and annual volume, if known
- Which slide series it mounts to, so we can match hole patterns and dimensions
Send it through the RFQ form or to [email protected] — engineering replies within 48 hours with process, feasibility and price.
Materials and finishes
- Materials — cold-rolled steel, 201 / 304 stainless, aluminum alloy
- Finishes — zinc plating, black coating, or custom finish matched to the slide series it ships with
- Verification — dimensional inspection against your drawing; records included with the shipment
How machined parts ship with your slides
Bracket sets, spacers and plates are packed to your carton spec and consolidated with the slide shipment under FOB, CIF, DDP or EXW — one purchase order, one container, one set of documents. Repeat orders run on the approved first-article, so replacements always fit the same way.
What we machine
Custom furniture-hardware components that standard stamping cannot produce — cut, drilled and finished to your print.
Milling & turning
Brackets, spacers, mount plates and special fittings from steel, stainless and aluminum stock.
Drilling & tapping
Hole patterns, threads and counterbores to your drawing — matched to your assembly process.
Slide modifications
Custom-length cutting, special hole patterns and function variants prepared for low-volume programs.
Finish & QC
Zinc, black and custom plating; dimensional inspection and records shipped with the order.

One partner for slides and machined parts
When your program mixes standard slides with custom components, sourcing both from one factory removes alignment risk and duplicate freight.
