What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 200 sets per order, and mixed models can be combined to reach it. Trial orders can start below this, while fully custom tooling is quoted on its own volume tier - so your purchasing team sees the number before any commitment.

How fast will I get a quotation?

Send your drawing, target load and length - engineering replies within 48 hours with a matched series or a to-print proposal, including load rating, extension, finish and unit price at your volume.

Can I order custom lengths, loads or finishes?

Yes. Stock series ship fast; custom lengths, loads and finishes follow your approved drawing. If no standard series fits, we tool the slide to your print - the RFQ form and our engineering team will confirm feasibility before sampling.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. A tooled sample is made and validated with load and dimensional checks for your sign-off - typically ready in 5-7 days. Mass production starts only after your written confirmation of the sample.

How are the slides load-rated?

Every series carries a documented load rating measured at an 18-inch (450 mm) extension. Load, salt-spray and cycle test documentation is available per series - ask for the datasheet with your quotation.

What is the load rating of each series?

Do you manufacture to a customer drawing (OEM / ODM)?

Yes - that is our core business. The process is: drawing review → sample confirmation → production with in-process control → AQL inspection and export-grade packing. Engineering, tooling, production and QC are all under one roof, so one partner is accountable from first sample to repeat order. See OEM / ODM for the full process.

Can you match a slide I am already using?

Usually yes. Send the current brand and model if known - or simply the mounting width, closed length, extension type, load and hole pattern. Engineering will match it to a standard series or quote the nearest to-print equivalent.

Which trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?

What is the typical lead time?

Stock series ship in 7-15 days from receipt of deposit. Custom lengths, loads, finishes and tooled projects are scheduled after sample sign-off, and their lead time is stated on the quotation. Re-orders of approved items repeat on the same schedule.

What are your payment terms?

30% T/T deposit with the order and 70% balance - before shipment on a first order, and against a copy of the bill of lading from the second order onwards. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders.
