Corrosion & Finish Programs

The Corrosion & Finish Program treats surface treatment as a specification, not a cosmetic choice. White rust on a shipped batch usually means the plating class was never matched to the real environment — coastal humidity, cleaning chemicals or outdoor condensation. We start from the environment your slides actually live in.

Based on that class we specify the coating — electroplated zinc, black oxide or powder coat — and verify it in-house: salt-spray testing to the agreed hours, cross-cut adhesion and thickness measurement, with results documented per batch for traceability.

You receive a finish spec sheet your purchasing team can attach to the order, the salt-spray report behind it, and batch coating records with every shipment. The finish that survives its market — and the paperwork that proves it.
