Undermount Retrofit Programs

The Undermount Retrofit Program is built for one situation: your drawer boxes are designed around side-mount runners, and your market now expects soft-close. Rebuilding the box is expensive; swapping slides without engineering is a warranty risk. This program takes the third path — adapt the interface, keep the box.

We survey your existing mounting interface, match undermount soft-close runners to the present hole spacing where possible, and re-engineer bracket geometry where it is not. You receive a retrofit drawing before any tooling is cut, so the change is reviewed on paper first.

Line trials run on pre-installed samples, with a soft-close function test record for each. Once approved, batch production continues under the same in-process inspection as your current program — an upgrade your customers notice and your production plan barely feels.
