Shipping & Packing

Packing, Shipping & Delivery Terms

Export-grade packing, AQL inspection before cartons are sealed, and the Incoterm you already work with - all confirmed in writing on the quotation before production.

01

How your order is packed

Packing protects the product and gets it through your receiving dock without damage claims.

  • Export-grade packing after AQL inspection - every carton is packed from inspected product, not ahead of it
  • Individual protection for each slide so runners and ball tracks arrive undamaged and ready to install
  • Carton labelling to your requirement - model, quantity, lot and handling marks matched to your warehouse system
  • Pallet or bulk loading depending on order size and your receiving setup - agreed with the quotation
  • Private-label packaging available for approved OEM projects, including your barcodes and brand marks
02

What you confirm before production

Packing requirements are confirmed together with the quotation, product dimensions and shipment method - not assumed.

  • Carton specification - dimensions, pieces per carton and gross weight limits for your handling
  • Labelling - language, barcode format and marking position
  • Pallet or container loading - pallet size, stretch-wrap and stacking pattern
  • Export documentation - which certificates and documents your destination market requires
  • Destination and named place - port or door, so the Incoterm is quoted to a real place you work with
03

Shipping documents & lead time

Standard export documents are issued with every shipment; additional certificates are arranged per market.

  • Standard documents - commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading / air waybill as applicable
  • Test documentation - load, salt-spray and cycle test reports per series, sent with the quotation or on request
  • Lead time - stock series ship in 7-15 days from receipt of deposit; custom and tooled projects are scheduled after sample sign-off
  • Re-orders - approved items repeat on the same schedule without re-sampling

Carton quantities, dimensions and pallet patterns are confirmed per order on the quotation, together with packing, labelling and documentation requirements. Tell us your destination and receiving constraints before production and they go on the proforma invoice - see payment terms for the commercial schedule.
