Payment Terms

Payment, Lead Time & Order Terms

A 30/70 T/T schedule with an irrevocable L/C option for larger orders - and every commercial detail in writing on the proforma invoice before you pay a deposit.

30%

T/T deposit with the order - production is scheduled against it

70%

balance before shipment on a first order; against a copy of the bill of lading from the second order

L/C

irrevocable at sight accepted for larger orders

How the Schedule Runs

One payment rhythm from confirmed order to shipment - the same schedule repeats on re-orders of approved items.

  1. Order confirmed

You approve the proforma invoice - unit price, Incoterm, packing, lead time, payment schedule and inspection scope are all stated on it.

  2. Deposit received

30% T/T with the order. Production and material booking are scheduled against the deposit; lead time counts from receipt.

  3. Production & inspection

In-process control during the run, AQL inspection before export-grade packing - documented and reported with the shipment.

  4. Balance & shipment

First order: 70% before shipment. From the second order: against a copy of the bill of lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.

01

What the proforma invoice states

Everything commercial is on the proforma invoice before you pay a deposit.

  • Unit price at your order quantity and configuration
  • Incoterm and named place - port or door, so the landed-cost comparison is straight
  • Packing and carton labelling specification
  • Lead time for the ordered configuration
  • Payment schedule - deposit, balance trigger and accepted methods
  • Inspection scope - AQL sampling and the checks applied before packing
02

Lead time & order size

When your goods ship, and the smallest order that runs.

What is the typical lead time?

Stock series ship in 7-15 days from receipt of your deposit. Customised configurations - new tooling, non-standard lengths or private-label packaging - are quoted with their own lead time, scheduled after sample sign-off.

What is the minimum order quantity?

200 sets per order, and mixed models can be combined to reach it. Trial orders can start below this; fully custom tooling is quoted on its own volume tier.

Which Incoterms do you support?

FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP and EXW - quoted to the named port or door you already work with. Details on the shipping & packing page.

For your finance team

If the balance schedule needs to match your internal release process, agree it before the order - not after the proforma invoice.

If your finance team needs the balance released against shipping documents rather than before shipment, raise it at quotation stage. We would rather agree the schedule before the order than revise it on the proforma invoice. Bank details, beneficiary name and account information are confirmed in writing with every quotation - please verify them against the proforma invoice before any transfer, and treat changes to payment details with the same caution as any supplier payment fraud warning.

Sample cost and tooling are quoted separately on the sample quotation - see sample policy. Questions about a specific order? Email [email protected] or message WhatsApp/WeChat +86 15768582813.
